The Carbolite RWF Rapid Heating furnace incorporates free radiating coiled wire elements in three sides of the furnace chamber which is constructed from rigidised low thermal mass insulation whilst a hard dust-free ceramic hearth provides a robust base to the chamber. As a result of this design the heat up times from ambient to 1100°C are achieved in as little as 10 minutes.

Chamber sizes are 5, 13, and 23 litres with maximum temperatures of 1100 or 1200 °C.
