AlkPhos Direct™ is a fast, sensitive, and easy-to-use system suitable for the majority of routine blotting applications using DNA, RNA or oligonucleotide probes. AlkPhos Direct labeling and detection systems are available with either the chemiluminescent detection reagent CDP-Star for high sensitivity or the ECF™ detection substrate for fluorescence scanning instrumentation.
